02 - Using clean hands or a small cookie scoop, portion approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls. Repeat until all mixture is used.
03 - Spread unsweetened shredded coconut in a shallow dish. Add powdered sugar to the dish if desired for extra sweetness. Roll each coconut ball in the coating mixture until evenly covered.
