# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.

10 - Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cilantro, jalapeños, and sour cream if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything you love about tacos transforms into a comfort food casserole that feeds a crowd
  • The leftovers somehow taste even better the next day, if there are any
02 -
  • Tearing tortillas to fit is not just acceptable, it's practically required for authentic texture
  • The resting period is non-negotiable unless you enjoy serving lasagna soup
03 -
  • Mix different cheese varieties for more complex flavor instead of buying a pre-shredded blend
  • Let the meat filling cool slightly before assembling, otherwise hot filling can make tortillas soggy
