01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
04 - Carefully fold in the blueberries without overmixing.
05 - Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Smooth the surface and, if desired, sprinkle sliced almonds and chia seeds evenly on top.
06 - Place dish in oven and bake for 35 minutes, until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool in the dish for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
