18 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives
19 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, anchovies or capers, parsley, tarragon, chives, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
02 - Place cucumber, avocado, romaine lettuce, sugar snap peas, green onions, parsley, chives, and basil in a large salad bowl.
03 - Drizzle the prepared Green Goddess dressing evenly over the salad ingredients. Gently toss to coat all vegetables, being careful not to mash the avocado pieces.
04 - Plate the salad right away while vegetables remain crisp. Garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The dressing comes together in seconds and keeps for a week, so you will want to put it on everything from sandwiches to roasted vegetables
  • Every bite hits that perfect crunchy creamy contrast that makes salads actually exciting to eat
02 -
  • The dressing tastes even better after sitting for an hour, so make it ahead and let the flavors meld
  • Avocado will brown if dressed too early, so always add it last and serve immediately after tossing
03 -
  • If your dressing seems too thick, add water one teaspoon at a time until it reaches pourable consistency
  • Invest in a good blender because the silky texture makes all the difference between good and outstanding
