# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The colors look like spring sunshine in a glass, and people literally Instagram it before taking a sip
  • It comes together in ten minutes flat, leaving you free to focus on the ham or those damn hot cross buns
  • Nobody has to play bartender while trying to manage twelve hungry relatives
02 -
  • Never add the soda and ginger ale until you're ready to serve or you'll end up with flat, sad punch
  • Chill everything overnight if possible. Room temperature punch is nobody's idea of a celebration
03 -
  • Rinse frozen fruit before adding it or you'll end up with weird ice crystals in your beautiful punch
  • Make a little extra simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water dissolved) to have on hand in case your fruit isn't sweet enough
