01 - Add durian flesh, banana, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to blender jar.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add more water or coconut milk if consistency is too thick.
03 - Taste the smoothie and add additional sweetener if needed. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Pour evenly into two chilled glasses and serve immediately while cold.
