01 - In a mixing bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly coated.
02 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly golden. Remove from heat and rest for several minutes.
03 - Lay tortillas flat on a work surface. Evenly arrange sautéed chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, red onion, tomato, and spinach along the center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to enclose filling securely.
05 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently until tortillas are golden and cheese is melted.
06 - Transfer to a cutting board. Slice each wrap in half if desired and serve hot.
