01 - Set air fryer to 375°F and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Rub both sides of each chicken breast evenly with the seasoning mixture.
05 - Place seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
06 - Air fry for 8 minutes, then flip and continue cooking for 6–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and chicken is golden brown.
07 - Let chicken rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
